You’ll feel like you’ve stepped into an underwater cavern at the B@re Rose Art Gallery. The theme for this exhibit is Underwater, and I’ve pulled a couple of vintage pieces from my inventory as well as a few in world photos just for this very special exhibit. This is the first time I’ve shown my SL photography in a public gallery in Second Life.
The exhibit runs through the end of February, don’t miss this extraordinary exhibit!

Wow, has it really been a month since my last blog entry?
Real life has been hectic lately, a good thing! But I’ve been missing my friends in Second Life. The times I have been in Second Life lately, I’ve been busy working on a new project: Art for Your Head.
Art for Your Head is currently on display at the prestigious Kelly Yap Gallery, and features several of Second Life’s finest artists. There will be an Opening Party on Saturday September 10, 2011 at 3 pm SL time with a fashion show featuring all the Art for Your Head designs. I’m really nervous about this part!

Here’s the full schedule of events:
- Sept 8 12noon SLT Voting Begins
- Sept 10 3 pm SLT Meet the Artists and their Art
- Sept 30 12 midnight SLT Voting Ends
- October 3 3-5 PM Closing Party with DJ Solange….5000L Winner Announced!

You can see artwork by Shangreloo Kuhn through the end of February at Aneli’s Gallery.
This exhibit includes new some pieces as well as [M&K] products that utilise my original real life artwork.
You’ll find my work on the fifth floor of the gallery. After you check my work, take the time to check out the work of other artists sharing the space at Aneli’s Gallery. The grand opening is Monday, 21 February 2011 (You don’t want to miss it!).. but you can always stop by a little early to pick up some great artwork for your home or office.

Now at Dark Draconis Waterfront Gallery are the three Blue pieces.. animated!
These pieces are fully interactive, featuring a “touch” option to animated the textures in the manner you like best. The three translucent panels give each painting a true 3D look that represents moving water. At only 1500L$ each, these pieces are a bargain price for animated artwork!
Please note that Dark Draconis uses a central telehub, just follow the red arrow to the gallery.

If you missed the party at Paris Metro Gallery, you missed a great party!
Gallery Curator, JeanPierotte Hamelin shows close attention to details, and the vernissage for artist Isabelllas Melody and myself was a wonderful success! We had over 30 attendees (I lost count after 30), and crooner Phil Setner serenaded us with his wonderful songs as we danced the night away.
Gallery owner, RFB Morpork attended and was a gracious hostess as she greeted guests. RFB (Rose) also owns Paris Metro and designed a sumptuous gown made from one of Isabelllas Melody’s paintings. Ms. Melody’s flower paintings are a beautiful riot of warm colours painted in a classic manner that brings to mind the old masters of Europe.
Although vernissage is over, there is still time to stop by the gallery to see the works of Isabelllas Melody and Shangreloo Kuhn.

My vernissage at Geneve City Gallery was a couple days ago, and if you missed it, you missed a good time with some wonderful people.

The champagne flowed freely, and the conversation was good, covering a variety of topics.

Lots of old friends showed up for the opening, some that I hadn’t seen in a very long time. That’s one of the best things about exhibit openings — the people

Zephyru Zapedski has some pieces on exhibit in the downstairs gallery — it’s his gallery after all , my exhibit is upstairs. What an honour it was to share an exhibit with such a gracious host; Zephyru promoted both exhibits with equal fervor.

You can still catch the exhibit at Geneva City Gallery.
