If your home is feeling a bit lifeless, and you want a pet to liven it up, stop by Neon Frog to check out what’s available.

By the way, neon Frog has a Midnight Mania board that changes daily. There is a lot of cool stuff to win here.. like a zebra for instance.

It will take a lot of friends to win the prizes, so bring your friends, and your friend’s friends to get the great prizes here.

Cool is blue.

Flame shot from a welding torch is too:
Hot, wild, screaming, blistering blue—
And on winter mornings
The dawns are blue too.

~Mary O’Neill

The hairstyle shown above is from one of my favourite places lately: Omega Point. Paired with one of the Replicant skins from [42], the colour change Bulb Hair gives me a to-die-for fantasy look.  While you’re at Omega Point stocking up on high style fantasy fashions, don’t forget to check the Lucky Board. You just might win the Mant-Heavy mantle shown above.

The Black Flowers gown and Bangles shown above are gifts from Herbie Loire Fashion Design. A trail of black flowers snake up from the skirt to cover just enough to be decent, while letting enough show that you can feel very naughty. This is one very sexy gown.

The crystalline hairstyle from The Stringer Mausoleum is the perfect ticket to wear with the Venus top from Herbie Loire. I am in love with this amazing shirt and denim set! I’ve  paired it with boots from Courtisane (S&A Hunt) for a very futuristic look.

Lemania Indigo and LVS have these stunning red gowns for you at different ends of the grid.

Good thing travel in SL is at the tap of a finger.

The gown on the left, Heart of a Woman, was on sale at a very special price for 24 hours as a reminder to women everywhere that heart disease is the #1 killer of women.

LVS & Co is participating in the Magic and Romance Hunt, and the prize offered by LVS & Co is this amazing red gown. The detailing on this gown is spectacular; the picture (crunched almost beyond recognition by WP) simply doesn’t do this gown justice.

Hairstyles are from The Stringer Mausoleum (left, not free) and Omega Point (right, free re-opening gift). The Omega Point Bulb Heart hairstyle has colour-change hearts, and a glow option that is very cool!

If you were lucky enough to catch the recent My Precious show, you might have picked up these stunning jewelry pieces from Alienbear. The set was a gift available at the runway show, and included an exclusive matching bracelet.  The show was wonderful, and featured the kind of opulent gowns and dresses we’ve come to expect from Agnes Finney.

Treebee Withnail sent me a copy of the Valentine’s day gift she’s placed in her shop, The UNeek.  Perfectly sheer, valentine undies will definitely grab their attention.

You’ll dance the night away in this cream and gold ensemble, called Golden Mania Doll, from Utopia. The board only needs 60 slaps to get this beauty, so get over to Utopia and visit the MM board.

I love this unique skin form alphatribe, it’s perfect for those times I get a hankering to explore some of the more watery sims in Second Life. Cost is 1L$.

Over-sized disco pose balls are from Glitterati.

[42] is closing. Maybe not forever, but for now at least.

This makes me sad. The wonderful Galaxies skins at [42] are some of my favourites, and I’ve often used them in my photos. You can pick up skins at [42] for a pittance right now, every item in the store is only 42L$.

Get them now. Before they’re gone.

I’ve picked up some goodies from GPD, and one of these has been sitting in my inventory for a couple weeks so it may be in the boards or chairs.. but I gaurantee you’ll find something nice for free at GPD.

Shown above is a recent MM gift from GPD. Gothic Dollie comes complete with ruffled knee socks. Lillian hairstyle is from Vignette.

Gothic Songbird, shown above, is a sweet confection from GPD. It was either a MM gift or a Lucky Chair win.. I forget which.

Latest Lucky Chair win at GPD is this sweet outfit. Gothic Kitten (shown in black here) is available from the Lucky Chair in several colours.

I get a lot of notices for events in Second Life Artists group. It’s a great group, and some of the events are too incredible to miss.

I didn’t have any pressing engagements in SL or RL when Tyrehl Byk announced a showing of Event Horizon (described as particle phantasmagoria). I went, not knowing what quite to expect, and picked up the note card explaining the settings in my client preferences that would optimise the impact of the show.

The displays were set to music, and it was a perfect melding of sound and sight. In art, this is truly the next frontier, and people like Tyrehl Byk are blazing the way in this new medium for artists of the future.

Event Horizon moves us through the blatant sexuality of pop culture, past social unrest and revolution, to the creation of a new universe.. all in a seamless dance of sight and sound images

There are some events in Second Life that invite you to sit back and enjoy as the event unfolds in front of you, and this was such an event. If you haven’t seen the show yet, I suggest you make plans to see it before it is gone.

Still photos simply can’t show you the full impact and beauty of this show, which was a moving, dancing display of light, colour, and line against a black background.

Check Tyrehl Byk’s profile for times, and teleport to the show location for a SL experience you’ll not soon forget.

Every now and then I hit a great shop that isn’t well known.. yet.

I have few goodies to show you from Sinners, a shop I’ve blogged before. On the left is a freebie located just inside the shop. A Lil Bit Country includes the top, shorts, and socks shown above. Purple Cavalier belt is from Puddles.

On the right is the ultra sexy Sultry set. This set, which is a soon-to-be-released secret, has a ton of shirt options, there are so many sexy looks here that I could wear a different shirt every day for a week and have a new look each day! I showing just one Sultry look above.

Here’s another sneak peek, the Very Cherry Schoolgirl skirt.

Coming soon to a Sinners near you!

Shirt shown above aas a recent lucky chair score from Sn@tch.

Welcoming the Tiger! (A grid wide Chinese New Year themed hunt) runs from
February 1st, 20109 through February 28th, 2010.

You can pick up some very nice tiger-themed items, like the set from SteamBound that I’ve shown below.

Hints will be posted to the hunt blog shortly after the hunt starts, and they will be kept as up to date as is humanly possible.

Starting points at number 1, 20, and 40 are to help spread out lag, and to help keep the chain working in the event that a shop moves its location during the course of the hunt.

I’ve been stopping by Vendom lately to try to hit the MM board there, it’s not been getting the attention it deserves lately.. and that makes me sad.

But, on the up-side (because there’s always an up-side), Vendom has a memory game. I love memory games because I have a good visual memory, and the Vendom version includes a too-friggan-cool outfit as the reward for getting the best score.

I am am feeling very Lillith in this sweet lingerie set that includes the horns, tail, wings, and shoes. You can pick up the “In the rain” mohawk  from The Stringer Mausoleum to complete the look. The mohawk is not free, but is worth ever L$ you’ll spend on it.

You can see another fabulous Vendom/TSM pairing here.
